This Belgian local business-experience exchange programme for entrepreneurs and executives was born from a poll among nearly 1000 enterprises mainly expressing their need for deepening companies’ critical success factors: strategic attempt, strategic HRM-policy, strategic marketing & communication and creativity & innovation.
PLATO + started in 2006 and will be working around these four themes for 1 year.
